Are you ONE of the millions of Americans that MONITOR THEIR LIVES? What is a Health Monitor? What does that mean to “Monitor” our lives in today’s society? Let’s look at the major areas of our lives, spirituality, relationships, health, finances and career. Are we living day to day or week to week? The answer for Americans is…YES, and HOW IS MONITORING WORKING FOR US? Specifically, is treating your health as a Health Monitor working for us?
MINDSET: Plan what it is you are striving for and then put pen to paper and create an outline defining the steps it will take for you to achieve your goals. Have weekly goals and an action plan, follow it closely to stay on track making fine adjustments to your plan. So don’t “MONITOR” your week and life…PLAN YOUR WORK, WORK YOUR PLAN.
SPIRITUALITY: Plan how to serve HIM, plan to listen to HIM and plan to walk with HIM. What each of us don’t want to do is to show up on Sunday to “MONITOR” our relationship with HIM.
RELATIONSHIPS: Our relationships on earth are critically important as humans. The most important is with our spouse so instead of just going thru life and our marriages, let’s start planning followed by action to create that marriage we say we desire. Include praying together, laughing together, loving together and living together. Know your partners Love Language and learn how to communicate effectively.
FINANCES: Dave Ramsey talks about the culture of money in the United States and how it has turned 180 degrees in 65 years and the impact of those changes on families and the lives of Americans. Again, planning and discipline is the answer over time. Controlling yourself, your desires and hence, your outcomes. CONTROL your finances do not “MONITOR” your finances.
CAREER: Plan and create your career knowing you will have to make lateral moves in order to move forward over time. This happens to most people, it is never a smooth journey having rough patches with hills and valleys. Expect and plan for them so that you can stay on track for the end goal. CREATE and define your career vs “MONITOR” your career.
HEALTH: is defined as “functioning at or near 100% and not merely the absence of disease or infirmities”. Restoring normal function by addressing deficiencies (nerve, nutrient and oxygen) and removing toxins…this is the definition of the cause of chronic disease. On your birthday every year…TEST…a spinal x-ray addresses spinal function, specific blood and urine tests looking at a cellular level addresses toxins and deficiency within the body. Spend the next 12 months addressing the outcomes from your tests to restore normal function thereby restoring HEALTH.
Aside from your relationship with HIM, your HEALTH is the next MOST IMPORTANT ITEM TO FOCUS ON!!!! Without your HEALTH, the other aspects of your life will be greatly challenged and your plan for each must be altered.
YOU DON’T WANT TO “HEALTH MONITOR” YOUR LIFE. START PLANNING FOR THE PROSPERITY THAT IS AVAILABLE TO YOU. It comes down to your ability to plan, implement, stay disciplined and roll with the changes you know are coming. You roll with these changes by creating extra money and time, a safety net kind of mindset. Minimizing debt, maximizing a skill set, maximizing your health and maximizing your relationships.
PLAN…..ACTION…..TEST…..CREATE ABUNDANCE….REPEAT THE PROCESS
